After dealing with a buyer concern after a sale we have come to realize the valuable resource the Jokers Carpet Services Company is to us. An honest assessment of a percieved problem helped us to put a new home owner at ease. I had to almost call the police I thought someone has stole my old pet soiled carpet and replaced with new carpet..Who would want my old carpet that a few pet holes in it and 1 burn from the firplace, I asked myself….My sister assured me Shawn had not replaced the carpet, yet it looks BRAND NEW after 9 years, 2 dogs and 1 husband. The couple I bought the house from had two dogs and a cat and I thought it was important to have a good cleaning done on the carpets. My mom heard about Joker’s carpet cleaning services and told me to try it out. They did a great job and he was very friendly and super fast! He arrived on time and went out of his way to treat some areas on the carpet that were stained from the past home owners. I will definitely be using Joker’s again!!! On top of the great looking carpet, I have to say that they are a great company w/super customer service. I had to reschedule twice since I am getting ready to list my house & the handyman was not yet finished & the painting wasn’t done & they were nice about it both times. Shawn is super professional & courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

I manaage a small 24-unit apartment complex that was built in 1971-72 When this current owner bought the property and I took over managing it in 2002, believe it or not, there were still units that had the original multi-colored shag carpet. Other than being extremely dirty being matted down from decades of poor cleaning services, the shag was in good condition. So, to try to save some money, we asked Joker if he could try cleaning it — Much to our surprise and pleasure, he returned the shag to looking like it was almost new!! We have been using Joker for all of our carpet cleaning during make-readies ever since and will continue to do so ….
